Returns & Credit Policy


We guarantee that our handcrafted artisan teas will leave our facility in peak condition. If any of our products do not meet your expectations, then please review the below options for a return resolution.  Please note that our tea’m must be contacted within 30 days of the order delivery date for a return request to be considered.  For assistance, please reach out to (support@artoftea.com).  

All store credit can be applied during checkout on our online store.  It will be available on our mobile app soon.

When inquired for, sale adjustments in the form of store credit will only be granted for orders placed 48 hours prior to a promotion.


Loose leaf teas
If you purchased a 4oz pouch of tea and find that you do not enjoy the blend, please contact (support@artoftea.com) for a one-time store credit.  Credit will be in the amount of the item, excluding shipping charges.  Please note this policy does not apply to 1lb pouches, iced tea pouches, artisan tins, or pyramid sachets.  Additionally, refunds will not be issued at this time.   


Pyramid sachets
If entirely unopened and unused, any 50ct. case of pyramid sachets can be returned for store credit.  We are not accepting returns of 12ct. boxes at this time.  

 

Merchandise
If an item arrives damaged, please contact (support@artoftea.com) immediately to request a replacement.  Please note that photo documentation of the damaged item is required when submitting your request. 

 

Walmart & Amazon
If the order was purchased via a third-party vendor, such as Amazon or Walmart, please understand that we do not have access to your order history. We kindly ask that you work with those third-party vendors directly for the quickest support and resolution.
