I honestly don&#039;t remember where I learned this technique but do remember I was amazed at the low tannin aftertaste (if any). In fact I began brewing ice tea in this fashion using (dare I say) those nasty store bought tea bags. That was before I discovered the wonderful world of amazing teas I can buy online.</description>
